Lotus Vulnerability?

I haven't seen any other Domino bloggers hit on this vulnerability in their blogs, so I wanted to get the word out.
The problem I have is, is this really any sort of threat? Seems to me you need to be in the ACL in order for this to work, AND you need to know the Form name AND you need to know the Field name of certain types of computed fields... Is this something anyone will really be able to exploit?
I haven't seen any other mention of this thing on the IBM site or anywhere else. Is this really something to be concerned with? Talk to me people!
